Issue​

There are always audio and/or image failures during a video conference.

Cause​

This can be due to the connection to the OpenTalk Server or the general bandwidth of your connection.

Solution​

If the problems persist, first check whether your Internet connection is sufficient. To do this, start the integrated Speedtest (1):

You can also limit the bandwidth used by changing the video quality or turning off image transmission altogether:
